Here you can find everything from optometry to pharmacy services, and from physical therapy to wellness classes. Plus, if you need a referral for a specialist, the base’s “primary care manager” can issue one. You can also find all your refills, change your addresses and phone numbers, and update your family’s information. Plus, if you need to refill medications early or just want to know where the pharmacy is, try the TOL service which will even let you view lab results!
Healthy Living at Fort Hood
Physical therapy appointments are available daily at the Darnall Clinic, Building A. Walk-in physical therapy is also available by appointment at the Lewisville Outpatient Clinic Monday through Friday when a provider is available. Call 955-8888 ext 1520 for an appointment.
The Refill Line can be reached 24/7 by calling 256-955-8888 ext 1700. Leave your name, date of birth, and the number of items you need refilled.
You may also order medications through the Tricare Mail Order Pharmacy (TMOP) program. The TMOP website is www.express-scripts.com/TRICARE . You can also call 1-877-363-1303 for questions about your prescription benefits or to order medications.
The Wellness Center at Fort Hood is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm. You can schedule an appointment by calling 955-8888 ext 1026. The center offers a variety of classes, including weight loss, diabetes education, smoking cessation, Welcome to Wellness, lunch and learn (fitness), and cholesterol management.
The Fort Hood Family Health Clinic is located in Lewisville at 96 Judy Center Drive. The clinic’s phone number is 972-548-0054 ext 5260. You can schedule an appointment online by clicking the “Make an Appointment” button on the clinic’s webpage.

If you are an active duty service member and have been referred to a specialist, the primary care manager (PCM) at Fort Hood can issue a referral. The PCM is also responsible for providing continuity of care for you and your family.
