The ID card office at all installations is located in the ID card office. A sponsor must present his or her official military photo identification card, with valid printed self-certification (for school attendance), and if applicable, an approved DD Form 1172 (dependent ID card). Prior to visiting the ID Card Office, visitors are encouraged to check with their sponsoring agency that their visit is approved.
