Military members looking for help with alcohol abuse can find it at the Substance Abuse Programs at MCAS Beaufort. The Prevention Program, Drug Demand Reduction Program, and Alcohol Abuse Prevention & Drug Demand Reduction programs offer evidence-based programs to educate Marines, Sailors and family members regarding the dangers of alcohol abuse and illegal drugs. Participants can also take part in experiential learning activities and use educational materials to learn more about alcohol abuse. The Alcohol Screening Program helps identify alcohol misuse and directs appropriate intervention before any career or life-altering incident occurs.
