Swim lessons: Learn how to swim and be safe around water in one of our many swim lesson courses.
Aquatics Programs: American Red Cross GuardStart: Lifeguarding Tomorrow GuardStart is designed for youth ages 11 to 14 and prepares them for the American Red Cross lifeguard course when they turn 15. GuardStart also includes following American Red Cross certifications: – CPR for the lay responder – Prevention of Blood Borne Pathogens – AED – First Aid
Swim Camp: Our two week swim camp focuses on physical fitness and provides campers with the knowledge and tools to become a healthier, stronger young athlete. Campers must be able to complete the MCCS SC swim test.
Pool Basics: This one hour sensory experience teaches children about aquatics while increasing body awareness, perception, coordination, oral motor skills, safety awareness, social skills and most importantly, experience visiting a pool.
Private swimming lessons: Get one on one instruction with a certified Water Safety Instructor in our private swimming lesson program.
AMP-IT: This aquatic version of the HITT program provides a non-weight bearing workout perfect for those looking for variety or who are unable to participate in a traditional workout.
Aquatic PT: A chance to workout without having to leave the pool, our Aquatic Treadmills are available during all operating hours.
Pool rentals: Request availability of our pool or other facilities for corporate events and parties.
Military afloat programs: Active duty, Reserve and National Guard units can request a seaborne experience on our pool deck.
