The Fort Hamilton Military ID Office is open and accepting appointments Monday-Friday from 0800-1530. Anyone who needs a replacement military ID card must make an appointment with the ID office ahead of time. All valid dependents need to be registered with DEERS before coming in for an appointment; please bring all original documents required for registration. If your ID card has expired, been lost or stolen, you will need to bring the appropriate police reports. Appointments can be made by phone or online at https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect.
