The driver must present a current and valid state registration,
driver's license and proof of liability insurance required by AZ law ($15,000
per person, $30,000 per accident, and $10,000 for property
coverage).
POV's traveling aboard Yuma Proving Ground are subject to
vehicle inspections for current state/installation registration, to include
seatbelt enforcement.
Also, motorcycle operators must pass a motorcycle
safety course.
