High School Graduation Requirements:

All students must be enrolled in six classes for credit.  Twenty-two credits are required for graduation.  Thirteen and one half required credits are as follows:

English- Four credits
Mathematics - Two credits (Requires a full credit in two different courses)
Science - Two credits
Social Studies - Three credits to include:
A.  One credit, World History/Geography
B.  One credit, American History
C.  One-half credit, American Government
D.  One-half credit, Free Enterprise
Health Education - One-half credit
Physical Education - One credit
Practical Arts or Fine Arts/Graphic Arts - One credit
(Any credit in Business, Agriculture, Industrial, Technology, Family and Consumer Science (Home Economics), performing dance, sports medicine, or Fine Arts/Graphic Arts)

*Seniors needing four or less credits for graduation may request to enroll in a minimum of four classes on campus daily.  Written permission must be granted by parents/legal guardians and school administration.  Students exercising this option must provide their own transportation and must immediately leave campus after their last class.

In addition, all students must earn at least eight and one-half elective credits.

Grading System:  5.0=Honors, 4.0=A, 3.0=B, 2.0=C, 1.0=D.

YOUTH SERVICES:

Youth Services offers several activities for youths and children grades 1st through 12.  They offer Babysitter Certification Training, individual sports, cheerleading, karate, School Age Summer Camp, spring camp, fall camp, and winter camp.  The teens take trips to town and out of town.  They have fun and social events such as having parties, lock-ins, tournaments, and more.  With all the kids and teen in the building, they are split into School Age, Middle School, and Teens.  Teens are grades 9-12.  Also, a volunteer program is offered for teens and adults.  For more information, please contact Youth Services at (928) 328-2860/DSN 899-2860.

HOME ALONE POLICIES (ON AND OFF THE INSTALLATION)

Age 13-15 - May be left unattended during the day and in early evening (not to exceed 8 hours).
Age 16 - Should not require visible supervision.

   11-17 yrs        2200 Sunday thru Saturday
