U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground is a general purpose facility with over 50 years experience testing weapon systems of all types and sizes in a joint environment. The proving ground conducts tests on medium and long range artillery, aircraft target acquisition equipment and armament, armored and wheeled vehicles, a variety of munitions, and personnel and supply parachute systems. Testing programs are conducted for all United States military services, friendly foreign nations and private industry.
