887-4310. The School Age Program is for those children who are five
years old (in Kindergarten) through twelve years of age.
We offer before
and after school childcare. Fees are based on total family
income. Spouse must be either, a full time student or employed full
time. Hours of operation are, Monday - Friday, 6: a.m. - 6
p.m. Summer, winter, and spring camps are
available.
Our mission is to inspire and enable all children
to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring
citizens.
We offer a variety of activities that promote the
physical, social, and cognitive well being of each child. We strive
to compliment the school day, rather than duplicate it.
In our Teen
Program, ages 10 - 18 years of age. We offer a variety of activities
through the Boys and Girls Club of America (Navy MWR MID-Atlantic
Region). Our programs include: Keystone Club, Torch Club,
Career Launch, and Money Matters to name a few. Boys and Girls Clubs
nurture young people's self-esteem by instilling in them a sense of belonging,
usefulness, influence and competence. Clubs do this daily by
providing young people with one-on-one relationships with caring adult
professionals and fun, age-appropriate, well-rounded programming.
Employment is limited for teens on base. Summer vacancy
announcements are posted on the Regional NAF Personnel Office web
