Many employers use temporary staff. When an employer
needs staff to catch up on a work project, cover for a staff member on vacation
or leave, or add staff to determine if it's the right time to expand the
business by hiring. Working on a temporary basis gives the new
employee the opportunity to gain new job skills and learn about the
company. Temporary jobs, many times, are the perfect answer for
someone who will be available to work for a short time or would like to "tryout"
