For incoming students and staff to the Naval Ophthalmic Support and Training Activity Only: Report to the command during weekdays at 7:30 a.m. If you do not have transportation from the barracks to the command, you can ride in the duty van, which leaves no later than 7:15 a.m. every weekday morning from the barracks.
