The PCS orders direct the entitlement of shipment/storage of a POV when going overseas. In their regularly scheduled briefings, TMO will touch on the shipment process and preparation of the vehicle. If WPAFB is your duty station, your entitlement from this area is St. Louis (Pontoon Beach, IL). It is up to the member to contact St. Louis and make arrangements for shipment or storage at 1-800-275-3706. If a member is authorized storage of a vehicle in lieu of shipment, TMO will provide a storage letter.
