When you arrive at Whiteman AFB, contact our local Personal
Property Inbound Section or the local Claims Office for information and
assistance on completing your claim for your POV if
necessary. Remember you are ultimately responsible for insuring that
a claim is filed if there is any damage to your POV. If you are
awaiting the arrival of your vehicle, contact the TMO office and let them know
how you may be reached. They will need an accurate contact phone
number to contact you when they receive notice that your vehicle as arrived at
port.
