Health Care services are provided through McAfee Health Clinic, and include primary (outpatient) care in general medicine, occupational health and social work, with limited services in pediatrics well baby, obstetrics, gynecology, allergy-immunology and optometry, as well as support services in laboratory and radiology.  The Treatment Room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for bona fide urgencies.  More extensive medical needs are referred to William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX.  McAfee has no inpatient services or facilities.  Emergency phone #s:  Pick up a sticker when you get your telephone.  DEERS enrollment is done by the ID card section (Bldg 143).  TRICARE is implemented in this area.  SPECIAL NOTE:  With cutbacks of medical services in all areas, specialty care appointments are made through the Health Care Finder at the TRICARE Service Center.  Appointments will be made through WBAMC or a civilian network provider.  All questions regarding general or specialty care should go through the TSC at McAfee Health Clinic.
