Your Basic Housing Allowance (BHA) depending on rank and time in
service and cost of living for the city you reside in. If you have questions
concerning your BHA, you can consult your commander or see Callean Holly at Army
Community Service to help you look at your LES statement and determine your BHA.
GMH, the new military housing company now takes your BHA directly from your
check; therefore, you will not see your BHA on your LES (Leave and Earning
Statement).
If you are interested in moving into town, please seek
permission first, and then consult your BHA and how much you would receive
before getting a place of residence in Las Cruces.
