REPORTING IN PROCEDURES
Military personnel report to Building 126 for in processing during duty hours and to the Staff Duty/Security Directorate in Building 384 during non-duty hours. If you arrive in El Paso by plane, report to the Military Liaison NCO at the airport and arrangements will be made for transportation to White Sands. If you arrive by bus in Las Cruces, the depot attendant will assist you. Upon arrival at Building 126, report to the Personnel Service Center (PSC) on the first floor, room 138. The PSC services all units and Team WSMR activities assigned to the range. If you do not have a sponsor, one will be assigned by your new unit to assist you during in-processing and while getting settled at White Sands. The Personnel Staff NCO will normally handle all other personnel matters. Identification cards are processed for military and family members and retired personnel by the PSC by appointment only.
Be sure to hand carry the following documents during your PCS. Your PCS orders, official birth certificates, immunization records, school records, medical/dental records, wills, power of attorney, marriage license, divorce decree, adoption decree, naturalization papers, social security cards, car title and shipping papers if coming from overseas, car registration, household goods shipping inventory, employment records and references, and pet records.
When you report you will need your brown envelope, orders, leave form, airline ticket, travel advance and advance pay copies.
