The Counseling Advocacy Prevention Services (CAPS) program combines counseling, advocacy and prevention services at the Fleet and Family Support Center.  CAPS provides the following services:  Counseling Services, Victim Services, New Parent Support and Sexual Assault Victim Intervention (SAVI).  

Some of the counseling services provided are individual, family, marital, counseling for children, groups, and mens ending violence.

CAPS provides the following advocacy services:  Promote a safe family environment (construct a safety plan), Process allegations of abuse/neglect, and provide treatment as recommended.

The Prevention Services includes conducting various GMTs and briefs to the command as well as offer a variety of classes to include parenting, couples communication and stress & anger management.
