Newly arriving personnel reporting to Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (UICs 00620/61048/43492/46252/30051/48709) must check in with the station Officer of the Day (OOD) at Building 385 and will then be instructed to report to NAS Liaison, topside in Building 385 before checking into the Personnel Support Detachment (PSD).

Those personnel checking in to a tenant command or squadron should report to their respective duty office.  If the command is deployed, the Officer of the Day can refer personnel to the correct administrative wing for in processing.

Active duty members should bring orders and service record for in-and-out-processing. If a member has not been contacted by a sponsor, contact the NAS Liaison Office for NAS Whidbey Island or your respective command.

Service members checking into Bachelor Housing need to report to the Fleet & Family Information Center, Building 2556, Nor'wester Activity Center, to check-in and get a room key.
