A Dental Clinic is located at both sites. The clinic provides
dental care for active duty personnel only. Routine care is provided during
normal working hours.
Emergency care is available. All active duty personnel
are required to have an annual dental examination in order to assess their oral
health and readiness. The Clinics offer routine general dental services
including examinations, x-rays, treatment planning, preventive dentistry,
fillings of all types, root canal therapy, crowns, bridges, dentures, minor gum
treatments, simple tooth removals and biopsies for military personnel only.
Implants, major trauma, and complex surgery cases are referred to specialists at
NDCSW,San Diego.
Family member dental care is arranged through the
TRICARE Dental plan.
