Rental facilities in this area require a lease or rental
agreement ranging from month-to-month and six months to one
year. Security deposits range between $100 to
$2,900. Tenant pays their own utilities. Apartment
complexes pay water only. Deposits vary according to rental

Most rentals in this area will NOT accept
pets. When pets are permitted, most landlords and property managers
have restrictions as to size, number, and kind. An additional deposit
ranging from $250 and up, plus $25 more a month per pet could be
assessed.

make allowance, if you rent a unit you cannot afford. The Relocation
Assistance Program office provides a handout that assists with comparison
shopping for rentals. The Personal Financial Management Program
manager can assist in building a budget to keep expenses within income
limits.
