Anne Arundel County Middle Schools are interdisciplinary in
organization. Teams of teachers - with a representative from the subject areas
of language arts, math, science, and social studies are responsible for the
educational progress of a group of students. This approach promotes a sense of
community among students and staff, and gives teachers more time to work
individually with students. The curriculum and the ways in which it is delivered
ensures the full intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of
students.
