JOINT EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (JEMS) is a joint military
venture designed to link job seekers from the military community to employers
who have job openings in Hawaii. JEMS produces an on-line Job Bank
and sponsors job fairs and events. The JEMS Job Bank is an excellent
resource for TAP clients because employers know that the job bank is for the
exclusive use of the military community and therefore list job openings that
require specialized skills gained from being in a military career
field.
