You may contact your unit that you are attached to for
information on the units Ombudsman. The Worklife Staff also has a current
listing of all Ombudsman. Worklife can be contacted at 686-4033.You may contact
Navy Family Service Center at 433-9675 for employment assistance and
information. Summer Teen Workshops are held and topics include: how
to fill out a job application, where to look for employment, work and health
permits, employer expectations, career exploration, and how to keep a job. There
are no special programs for Teens at this time.
The MWR program at
Integrated Support Command Portsmouth sponsor numerous programs for young people
throughout the year. Information about these programs is put out
through information bulletins and announcements via unit information
systems.
