INTEGRATED SUPPORT COMMAND PORTSMOUTH VEHICLE REGULATIONS -
Integrated Support Command Portsmouth maintains a 24 manned security
gate. Coast Guard personnel assigned to Hampton Roads units are
authorized to register their vehicles to obtain a Coast Guard vehicle sticker
for unrestricted access to the Integrated Support
Command. Registration requires proof of insurance and a current state
registration certificate.
Maximum speed limit at the Support Center is 25
mph, enforced by installation security personnel. Speed limit
infractions can lead to loss of on site driving and parking privileges.
