Fiancial Aid
Financial aid is a source of
monetary support in the form of loans, grants, and employment offered for the
specific purpose of helping a student meet educationally related expenses. If
you qualify, you may be offered a combination of these types of aid based on
your financial need and the amount of funds available. The majority
of colleges and universities in this area have fully established financial aid
offices.
In addition to financial aid through the US Department of
Education, college financial aid offices will help you find other sources of
money for school like scholarships and grants through private organizations.
