for children 6 weeks to 6 years of age. The program is provided as an
outreach component of the Army Child and Youth Services program. The

be eligible for the day care subsidy program you must be a service member or
Department of Defense civilian employee assigned or attached to the U.S.
Southern Command.
To enroll your child(ren): Contact one of
the child care centers listed below and provide the following original document
to the Family Support Center. If you have questions or concerns,

1 - copy of orders
assigning you to the command
1 - copy of a recent LES and income
documentation for spouse, if spouse is employed
1 - copy of DD Form 2652,
