Depending on the situation, services may be provided by the ISC
Miami Work-Life Staff or local organizations. As a result, it is
important that we learn to access the community programs that exist in the Miami
area. There are many resources for help, and you can find a good
referral resource through the Work-Life staff. The important thing to
remember is that there IS help available, no matter what the problem, and there
are many resources available to help you find the assistance you
need. You are not alone.
The first step is to talk your
problem over with someone who can refer you to the proper agency. All
of the agencies have a screening tool on the first call, and if they are not the
proper agency to help you, they can and will refer you to the proper
agency.
