PCS Reporting Procedures are basically the same for all Coast Guard units in the Miami area.  The member should report IN UNIFORM with original PCS orders with departing and reporting endorsements.  The member will complete a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Reporting Worksheet. The member will also complete the following:

> CG4170A BAQ/Emergency Data (verify for currency)
> CG-HRSIC-2025 BAH Housing Worksheet
> CG HRSIC-2040 Allotment Worksheet (if making changes)
> CG-HRSIC-2060 Bond Worksheet (if making changes)
> ID card (verify for currency)

The following is a listing of the various Coast Guard units located in Miami and where to report to within that unit.  Besides PCS orders, check for any specific items the gaining unit requires for in processing.

DISTRICT 7:

The member should report to their individual branch in the Brickell Plaza Federal Building.

AIDS TO NAVIGATION TEAM:

The member should report to the Personnel yeoman in the Aids to Navigation section of the Engineering building.

AIR STATION MIAMI:

The member should report to the Personnel yeoman in the Administration Building.

GROUP MIAMI:

The member should report to the Group Miami office located on the 2nd Deck of the Administration building.

MARINE SAFETY OFFICE:

The member should report to the Marine Safety Office Room 202 located on the 2nd Deck of the Administration building.

TACLET 7:

The member should report to the Administration section in Building 110.

ELECTRONICS SUPPORT UNIT:

ISC Miami handles the PCS Reporting Procedures for this unit.  The member should report to the 3rd Deck of the UPH Building (Barracks).  The member should then report to their individual unit.

ELECTRONICS SUPPORT DETACHMENT:

ISC Miami handles the PCS Reporting Procedures for this unit.  The member should report to the 3rd Deck of the UPH Building (Barracks).  The member should then report to their individual unit.

CIVIL ENGINEERING UNIT:

The member should report to the secretary in the Front Office of the CEU building.

NAVAL ENGINEERING SUPPORT UNIT:

ISC Miami handles the PCS Reporting Procedures for this unit.  The member should report to the 3rd Deck of the UPH Building (Barracks).  The member should then report to their individual unit.

COMMUNICATION STATION:  The member should report to the Administration section with their SECURITY JACKET.

COAST GUARD INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE:

The member should report in appropriate unit attire to the CGIS section of the CEU building.

REGIONAL TACTICAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TEAM SOUTH:

The member should report with original birth certificate to the Regional Tactical Law Enforcement Team South section of Air Station Miami.

ISC MIAMI:

The member should report to the 3rd Deck of the UPH Building (Barracks).
