on available rental units, costs, amenities, and military policies. Some of
these web sites can be found in Quick Links. Visit the installation Relocation
Assistance Program and Housing Referral Office for local area rental information
and guidance before signing a rental/lease agreement. You should also have the
installation legal office review your rental/lease agreement to ensure there are
no hidden clauses before signing and to ensure that the military termination
clause is included. Your sponsor can be very helpful, too.

Tyndall Off-Base Housing Service (HRS) will help you find suitable, affordable,
and non-discriminatory off-base housing within a reasonable distance of the
base. Services include personalized counseling and complaint
mediation and investigation. Telephone numbers, maps and local area
information is also available.
The availability of affordable rental
