FAMILY SUPPORT COMPUTER RESOURCE CENTER:
The center
features federal, state, and local employment opportunities and listings. We
offer resume assistance and maintain a database of job opportunities and have
Internet access to help in the search for employment.
The Transition
Assistance Program (TAP)assists military members plan and prepare for employment
after they separate from military service. Pre-separation
appointments, a 3-day TAP class, resume and interview classes, and access to
computers/internet are offered. Members may receive assistance with
many aspects of the employment process - identifying interests and strengths,
training/education/licensing needed for particular careers, job search,
networking, etc.
WORKFORCE CENTER:
Provides local, state, and
nationwide listings. No appointment is required--customers are seen
on a walk-in basis. The center also houses the Unemployment Claims
division which handles out-of-state and military unemployment
benefits. To file a claim for unemployment, you will need to make an
appointment.
TYNDALL AFB HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICE (HRO):
HRO provides
Non Appropriated Fund (NAF) opportunities available through
Services.
HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES OFFICE:
The Navy Coastal
Systems Station office provides information regarding civil service job
opportunities and the Spouse Preference Program.
AAFES:
Anyone
interested in working in the Exchange system can make a direct application for
employment through the base Exchange.
Individuals interested in
employment opportunities in the education or health fields may look in the

information.
