The Special Needs Identification and Assignment Coordination
Process (formerly known as EFMP) can assist you with any referrals you may need
to community resources for family members with special needs. If you
family member's need is educational, you should consult the school and/or
district office wherever you plan to live. Referral will also be made
by the program or your medical provider, if special needs are
