The term "vehicle" includes motorcycles, automobiles, trailers,
vans, and boats regularly parked or garaged overnight in

Vehicle Registration
Private vehicles, properly
registered, are permitted on the depot in designated
areas. Automobile registration and parking decals are issued in Bldg.
20, Security. Vehicle owners must register their vehicles within 72
hours of starting to work or signing in. To register, they must have
the minimum liability insurance coverage, proof of ownership and a driver's
license.
Vehicle Inspection
Pennsylvania law requires
all vehicles licensed by the state to be inspected annually. Our Auto
Craft Shop does PA State Inspections.
POV In-Bound
Shipments
Shipments are not made to or from Tobyhanna Army
Depot. The vehicles are shipped to and from American Auto Logistics
(located in Harrison, NJ and Baltimore, MD), phone
1-877-269-3702. The transportation office will provide information
and assist you with the paperwork.
Pennsylvania Drivers
License
Active duty military can carry a PA State driver's license or a
home of record state license. Spouses who are non-residents must
obtain a PA State driver's license within 60 days of their current license
