Goldsboro and Wayne County schools offer a variety of after school activities/programs.  Contact each school for specifics on their programs.

The Boys & Girls Club of Wayne County is another great opportunity for after school activities and programs.  They offer fun, high yield learning and social development programs in an semi-structured , safe environment.  Our programs revolve around five core areas: Education & Career Development, Character & Leadership Development, Sports, Fitness & Recreation, Health & Life Skills and the Arts.  For additional information on the Boys & Girls Club of Wayne County, visit the Contacts/Links below.

Bus transportation to and from school is available for students attending school in their assigned district.  If students attend a school out of their district alternate means of transportation will need to be made.

For additional info on middle schools, it is recommended that parents contact the Wayne County Public Schools Superintendent's Office at (919)731-5900.  In addition, SJ AFB has a Local Public Schools Liaison Officer, assigned to 4MSG/CCL, who is available to assist newcomers with public school needs and can be reached at (919) 722-0691 or DSN 722-0691.
