A Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) is required for all
children with disabilities who are between the ages of 3 and 21 and who have not
yet graduated from high school. Students with disabilities are
eligible to attend school until receipt of a standard high school diploma or
until the end of the school year of their 21st birthday, whichever is earlier.
