Career Focus/Spouse Employment assists family members in
developing career plans and goals as well as finding
employment. Currently, spouses who have to leave a job to move with
their spouse may be eligible for a program to help identify career goals and
skills, GED prep, skills development and possible education opportunities
through the Pikes Peak Workforce Center. For spouses who are tired of
changing jobs and careers every time they move and skills that would enable them
to work from home via their computer, The Military Spouse Virtual Assistance
training program can provide information you can use to build your own, portable
business. For additional information contact the Family Support
Center.
