Many employers use temporary staff when an employer needs staff
to catch up on a work project, cover for a staff on vacation or
leave. Working on a temporary basis gives the new employee the
opportunity to gain new job skills and learn about the
company. Temporary jobs, many times are the perfect answer to someone
who will be available for work for a short time or want to "tryout" a job
