Belts: New York State Law requires that all persons wear seat belts.
Children under the age of 4 must ride in federally approved child car
seat.
Children age 4 through 7 must ride in federally approved child
booster car seat, if they are 4' 9" or shorter.
Headlights are required
to be on if your Windshield Wipers are on day or night.
New York State
recognizes all valid out-of-state drivers licenses.
The term vehicle
includes; motorcycles, autos, vans and boats regularly parked parked or garaged
overnight in state.
