While enroute to San Diego from your last command, and you encounter an emergency, you should first seek out the nearest military intalllation to where you are, for assistance. If there are no military installations listed for the area, you might call AAA (if a member) or call the local telephone operator for the nearest hospital or road service, depending on the emergency.
