706, (478) 926-3776, before making arrangements to buy, rent, or lease a home in
the community. The Housing Office maintains listings of homes that
are "For Rent" or "For Sale" by owner.
Rental single family homes may be
harder to find. Currently the cost for rental houses ranges from
$265.00 - $1,250 and up.
There are numerous apartment complexes in the
area. The cost for apartments ranges from $270.00 - $1,000.00 and
up.
The Central Georgia Multiple Listing Service, Inc., has an internet
website with housing available for sale.
