The Veterinary Treatment Facility on Redstone does not have any
boarding facilities. You will need to make arrangements with an area
kennel to house your pet. If you are staying at Hotel Redstone, the
guest quarters on Redstone Arsenal, there are a limited number of guest quarters
available that will allow
pets.

cats to be registered and licensed. Proof of vaccination is required
to obtain an animal license. Proof of spaying or neutering reduces

available for a reduced fee operation for your cat or dog. Copies are

Heartworms in the South are a real danger to your
pets. Ensure their well being by placing them on a heartworm
prevention program. Contact Veterinary Services at 876-2441.Stable
activity requires quarantine for horses. Contact 876-4868 for
details. There is no required quarantine for dogs and cats unless a
biting incident occurs.There are no restrictions on transporting your pet on the
arsenal. Pets are the responsibility of the owners and pets outside
of an enclosure must be on a leash or under voice control of an
adult. Females in heat must be on a leash or in an enclosure at all
times.
