reporting to inprocessing.
Permanent duty soldiers assigned to Redstone
report to HHC AMCOM,Garrison, Bldg 3206, Little John Road, phone 256-842-7797 or
DSN 746-7797 during business hours.
All permanent party assigned to U.S.
Army Ordnance Munitions and Electronics Maintenance School (OMEMS) permanent
party will report to Bldg 3300, Patton Road near Gate 10. Students
report to Battalion S-1 in Bldg 3458, corner of Aerobee and Snooper Roads during
duty hours. After duty hours, all OMEMS personnel will report to
OMEMS Headquarters, building 3300, on the corner of Patton and Hercules
Roads. Permanent party personnel will sign in and leave one copy of
their orders with any amendments. Personnel will be assisted in
arranging for billeting and given instruction on where to report for further
inprocessing.
All incoming personnel, whether eligible or ineligible for
assignment to government quarters or accompanied/
unaccompanied by family
members, will report to the Family Housing Branch, Housing Management Division,
Bldg 3207, Hercules Road, prior to making arrangements (renting,
leasing, or purchasing) for off-post housing. For more information, call

To make your inprocessing easier, the
following services are located in bldg 4488: Transportation (inbound
household goods), or phone 256-876-4954 and Travel or phone
256-876-7352. In Bldg 111, you can find the Office of the Staff Judge
Advocate (loss or damage claims) or phone 256-876-9005, and the Inspector
General Office or phone 256-876-9701, in Bldg 111, Hankins Road.
Military
Pay is located in bldg 3207, Hercules Drive, and their phone is
256-842-0998.
Army Community Service hosts a Newcomer's Orientation six
times a year on the first Tuesday in February, April, June, August, October, and
December. Attendance is mandatory for permanent party members and
spouses are invited to attend. Free child care is provided at the
Child Development Center. The orientation features speakers,
information boothes, and a bus tour. For more information, contact
