AIRLINES
The Texarkana Regional Airport is a full-service
commercial facility. Frequent daily flights connecting to the world
through the Dallas-Ft. Worth Hub are provided by American Eagle and direct
flights to Houston are provided by SkyWest. Additional services
include aircraft maintenance, car rentals, shuttle services to select hotels,
24-hour emergency services, FAA Air Traffic control tower (6:00 AM -10:00 PM),
T-hanger storage and tie-down.
RAILROADS
Amtrak's Texas Eagle
provides daily passenger train service from Texarkana north to St. Louis and
Chicago, and south/west to Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso,
Tucson and Los Angeles. The Texas Eagle carries coaches, sleeping cars, a dining
car, and a lounge-observation car.
The Union Pacific and Kansas City
Southern railroads serve Texarkana with a wide variety of services. More than 90
freight trains pass through Texarkana each day.

Thirty-nine truck
lines have terminals in Texarkana, while many others regularly haul products in
and out of the area.
Freight trucked from Texarkana can reach almost 50
million people in 10 hours or less. Overnight delivery to Dallas, Houston,
Little Rock, Memphis and many other cities is provided by UPS, Greyhound Lines,
FedEx, and Roadway Package Express.
