The Battered Women's Shelter for San Antonio provides temporary
shelter for women and children and offers primary medical care, legal advocacy,
educational workshops, and case management. Structured children's
programs, outreach counseling, and support for non-shelter victims of domestic
violence are also offered.
For reasons of safety the location of all
domestic violence shelters is kept secret. If you need shelter
contact the police immediately and they will provide transportation.
