Dental Services Directory-On Installation
ACTIVE DUTY
PATIENTS:
Comprehensive general dentistry is provided by the Randolph Dental
Clinic, which is located on the second floor of building 1040. Dental
emergencies are seen on a walk-in basis, Monday-Friday, at 7:30AM and
12:30PM. Outside normal duty hours, all dental emergency patients
should report to the MacKown Dental Clinic, Lackland AFB (LAFB). For
more information, contact the Randolph Dental Clinic.
ACTIVE DUTY FAMILY
MEMBERS:
Randolph Dental Clinic cannot provide routine dental care for
non-active duty beneficiaries. For routine and emergency care, active
duty dependents are encouraged to enroll in the comprehensive TRICARE Dental
Plan (TDP) and use the benefits available in this insurance
coverage. For information regarding TDP, call the Beneficiary
Services Representative. For acute dental emergencies, i.e. severe
infection or trauma, family members can be seen at the Randolph Dental Clinic,
Monday-Friday at 7:30AM and 12:30PM, and at the MacKown Clinic (LAFB), outside
normal duty hours. For more information on the TDP, contact: United

RETIREES AND NON-ACTIVE DUTY FAMILY MEMBERS:
Routine care
is not available at the Randolph Dental Clinic. Emergencies will be
seen at the Randolph Clinic at the times listed above and at MacKown Dental
Clinic LAFB outside normal duty hours. Retirees and their family
members may be seen on a space available basis at the Randolph Dental
Clinic. Retired members and their dependents are encouraged to enroll
in the TRICARE Retired Dental Plan (TRDP).
