The Clinic is located at 3259 Catlin Avenue. The normal operating hours are 7:30 AM to 4 PM Monday thru Friday. The clinic has limited after hours services Monday through Friday 4 PM to 8 PM. Saturday and Sunday 7:30 AM to Noon by appointment for Tricare Prime enrollees. The clinic does not have emergency services available. Life threatening injuries and illnesses that require immediate treatment should be evaluated at the nearest emergency room, and can be accessed by dialing 911, OR GOING TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM. The nearest MILITARY emergency room is located at Fort Belvoir, DEWITT ARMY HOSPITAL, approximately 30 miles north of Quantico. The closest CIVILIAN hospital north of Quantico is POTOMAC (15 miles) and South of Quantico is MARY WASHINGTON (20 miles). The clinic can be reached by calling 703-784-1725 or 888-784-1802.
Quantico is located in the TRICARE North Region and Healthnet is the contractor. If you are enrolled in Tricare Prime to Quantico and traveling out of the area you must call 1-877-TRICARE (874-2373) FOR AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN ACUTE CARE.
The Tricare Service Center (TSC) is located in the clinic, 3259 Catlin Ave, and the hours of operation are 0730-1600 Mon-Fri and closed on Federal Holidays. Assistance with enrollment, claims, benefits and finding specialty providers is available through the TSC on a walk-in basis and no appointment is required.
