The Life Long Learning Program provides a wide variety of educational services.

Your graduation is our goal with opportunities at more than 9 colleges and 55 programs to select from!

We provide the following educational services:

College Entrance Exams
Exams for College Credit
GED for Military and Family Members
Education Counseling Offered
Tuition Assistance for Active Duty Marines/Navy - $4,500
Per Fiscal Year Capped at $750 Per Course
Financial Aid Advice for Family Members and Civilians
SMART Transcripts for Recommended Credit for Military Experiences

Tuition

Active Duty military members using Tuition Assistance are entitled to in-state tuition in Virginia.  Out-of-state tuition will be charged if the member is not using TA.

Spouses do not receive a waiver of out-of-state tuition in Virginia.  In order to qualify, the spouse must establish residency in Virginia by paying income taxes on at least $8500 of earned income.
