If overseas shipment of a POV is authorized, you will
need:
1) Certificate of title, or a letter from the financial institution
authorizing you to take your vehicle out of the United States.
2) Seven
(7) copies of your orders
Make sure your car is clean, and that
everything which can be easily removed is taken out of it. This
includes baby car seats. It is a good idea to take the car seat with
you, as you will need it as soon as you arrive at your new duty
station.
