Naval Dental Center Southwest is the largest dental command in
the Navy. In addition to providing dental support to the fleet and shore
commands of the Pacific Fleet and to recruits of Marine Corps Recruit Depot
(MCRD), it performs a significant dental and operational training mission for
dental personnel assigned in the Pacific theater. Naval Dental Center
Southwest is only available to active duty and provides limited services to
retirees.
Comprehensive dental care services are provided for active duty
personnel. Specialty care in oral surgery, periodontics, and
endodontics are available.
Clinic hours at both the Fleet Anti-Submarine
Warfare Training Center Clinic and the Naval Base Point Loma Annex are
Monday-Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. For
sick call, go in during regular clinic hours or call for an appointment.
