All privately owned vehicles of military and civilian personnel
on Pine Bluff Arsenal must be registered. Registration is accomplished at the
Pass and Visitors Registration Office in Bldg. 17-310 in the White
Hall/Plainview Administrative Complex, open Monday through Friday from 7 am to
3:30 pm. Those registering their vehicles need to bring a valid state driver's
license, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
