If you’re in the military and looking for a will, there are a few things you should know.
-A power of attorney is a document that gives someone else the authority to act on your behalf.
-There are two types of power of attorneys: general and special.
-A medical power of attorney is used to make medical decisions for you when you are unable.
-Wills are prepared, on Monday afternoons and Tuesday mornings by appointment.
-Living wills can be prepared at the same time as your will.
